Ultimate Naan Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 pkg of Panaji Original Naan (2 Pack)
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened

Cooking Steps

Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.

In a bowl, combine all cheeses and mix until well incorporated. Lay naan flat, spread jam evenly and sprinkle with rosemary. Divide cheese mixture between both. Spread cheese over half of the naan, then fold other half over the cheese. Spread melted butter over both sides of the sandwiches. Place sandwich in a hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted and oozing.
