Caesar Salad with Parmesan Naan Croutons

Ingredients
Croutons
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg Panaji Roasted Garlic Naan (2 pack)
Salad
- 2 heads romaine hearts
- ½ cup shaved parmesan
- ½ cup bacon bits
Caesar Dressing – your favourite brand
Cooking Steps
Preheat oven to 300°F
In a large bowl mix butter, lemon zest, grated parmesan, salt and pepper. Cut naan into bite sized pieces, toss well in the butter mixture. Bake naan croutons on a baking tray for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for 3 to 5 more minutes.
If using whole romaine, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle dressing over the romaine and toss to coat all leave evenly. Divide onto four plates and top each salad with bacon bits, shaved parmesan and naan croutons.
